Delhi: Col. Vijay Rawat (Retd.) younger brother of martyr CDS General Bipin Rawat joined BJP, said if the party says then I will contest the elections


New Delhi: Col Vijay Rawat (Retd.), the younger brother of the country’s first CDS late General Bipin Rawat, has joined BJP today. He joined BJP in Delhi in the presence of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
Colonel Vijay Rawat (Retd.) is a resident of Pauri district. His village Sain Bamrauli falls in the Gram Sabha in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. Col. Rawat joins BJP in Delhi in presence of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami. Colonel Rawat praised Prime Minister Modi and said that the vision and thinking of PM Modi is very intelligent and futuristic. After joining BJP, Colonel Vijay Rawat said that I am grateful that I got a chance to join BJP. My father was in BJP after retirement and now I have got a chance.
Colonel Vijay Rawat (Retd)has said that if BJP allows him, he will contest in Uttarakhand assembly elections. He said that I want to work for BJP. The ideology of our family is similar to that of BJP. If BJP says so, then I will also contest elections.
