According to SP Vigilance Dhirendra Gunjyal, in the year 2008, a bribe of one lakh rupees was demanded from a retired engineer in a pending case. The matter was decided in 75 thousand. After the complaint, according to the planning of Vigilance, late evening Kamlesh Thapliyal was arrested red handed while taking 75 thousand rupees.
