Bulandshahr : Woman Judge sentenced the rapist of a four year old girl to 20 years, judge said – such people have no place in society
Bulandshahr: The man who raped a four-year-old girl in Bulandshahr has been sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment. While pronouncing the sentence, Judge Dr. Pallavi Agarwal has made a strong remark. She said that such people have no place in the society.
On February 27, 2020, accused Kanhaiya had raped a four-year-old girl. A case was registered against the accused in the case. Taking immediate action on the incident, Kanhaiya was arrested by the police. After which the ACJM POCSO Court, while hearing, sentenced the accused to 20 years of imprisonment.
Judge Dr. Pallavi Agrawal found the accused Kanhaiya guilty and sentenced him to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 50,000. If the money is not paid, the accused will have to remain in jail for 6 months.
